Lisbon — Princess Eugenie has given birth to her first daughter and third child, Buckingham Palace said. The baby girl was born Monday in Lisbon, Portugal, weighing 6 pounds, 9 ounces (about 3 kilograms). The child has not yet been named.
Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, are already parents to two sons: August, 5, and Ernest, 3. Eugenie is the younger daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson and is a niece of King Charles III. Buckingham Palace said the King and Queen and other members of the royal family were “delighted to be informed of the news.”
The announcement was confirmed by palace officials on Aug. 5, 2026.
